2. Next you will need to make sure you have a copy of
Winzip on your computer. If you don't please click here
3. Next you will need to create a directory on your C: drive named "Newhcad". You can do this using windows explorer. After you open windows explorer you click one time on the C: drive and then you click on file and new and then on folder. This is where you name your folder "Newhcad".
4. Finally you will need to download and unzip the
file into the file you just created. If you do not do this the maps will
not work properly. For example when WinZIP asks you which directory you
want to unzip the file into you should navigate to your C: drive and then
Newhcad. It should look something like this: C:\Newhcad
5. You can now open the ArcReader program and find your way to the "Newhcad" directory and open the file named: Hcadall and you will be able to work with the map.
